What you can expect

As part of keeping everyone safe we have made a few adjustments to the workshop and our practices.

On arrival you will see that there is a chain and ‘no entry’ sign into the workshop, this is for 3 reasons:

  1. To keep visitors in the workshop at a minimum to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.
  2. To ensure the safety of all customers as walking through an operating workshop is not always safe
  3. Due to new insurance advisories we want to avoid any potential injuries to our customers.

Please do not enter the workshop at any time as we will promptly ask you to leave and return to the other side of the barrier.

If there is no-one in the workshop please ring the bell on the right hand side of the door , or alternatively, give us a call. When we see you we will expect that we both maintain a safe distance.

If leaving your car, we will ask you to place your keys into our safe place just inside the workshop (reachable from outside) this will reduce hand to hand contact.

If you have popped in on the off chance because you need us to check something, we will come outside to you and your vehicle and would again, expect you to maintain a safe distance. Please do not be offended if we ask you to stand back a little or if we move away.

When we are working on you car, we will clean all surfaces we touch both before and after completing work. We will also leave sufficient time between working on your car and pick up times to allow time to kill the virus.

As we work with some very vulnerable customers we want to ensure that everyone’s safety is taken into account and would appreciate you all working with us to keep us ALL safe.
